Cardio makes you feel ALIVE!!

When we exercise it decreases 'stress hormones' like cortisol, and increase endorphans, our bodies's 'feel-good' chemicals. It gives your mood a natural boost and make you feel alive, happy and awake! Before the weekend starts i'm doing 90minutes stepper, burning 692calories and I will enjoy my weekend more!
Tip for the stepper we all hate to do:
Start off on a very low level (level 3-5), then gradually and slowly move to higher levels! Let your muscles get used to it or else it can make you give up sooner!
